Abstract

Abstract: 

In order to succeed in its energy transition, Algeria is obliged to become a photovoltaic panel producing country, and not to depend on an import that will prove unsustainable for the country's finances. In operation, the PV module is always under the influence of various environmental conditions, i.e. external temperatures, thermal cycles, etc. These external factors increase the integrated stress, in addition to the residual stresses developed during processing (during manufacturing), such as lamination, etc. The mechanical failure of materials is related to mechanical stress or deformation. High mechanical stress can cause cracks in solar cells or interconnect failures.

للنجاح في تحول الطاقة ، فإن الجزائر ملزمة بأن تصبح دولة منتجة للألواح الكهروضوئية ، وألا تعتمد على الاستيراد الذي سيثبت أنه غير مستدام بالنسبة لمالية البلاد. في التشغيل ، تكون الوحدة الكهروضوئية دائمًا تحت تأثير الظروف البيئية المختلفة ، مثل درجات الحرارة الخارجية والدورات الحرارية وما إلى ذلك. تزيد هذه العوامل الخارجية من الضغط الداخلي ، بالإضافة إلى الضغوط المتبقية الناتجة أثناء المعالجة (أثناء التصنيع) ، مثل الدرفلة ، إلخ. يرتبط الفشل الميكانيكي للمواد بالإجهاد أو الإجهاد الميكانيكي. يمكن أن يتسبب الضغط الميكانيكي العالي في حدوث تشققات في الخلايا الشمسية أو فشل التوصيل البيني.

Pour réussir sa transition énergétique, l’Algérie est dans l’obligation de devenir un pays producteur de panneaux photovoltaïques, et non pas dépendre sur une importation qui s’avérera insoutenable pour les finances du pays. En opération, le module PV est toujours sous l’influence de diverses conditions environnementales, c’est-à-dire les températures externes, cycles thermiques, etc. Ces facteurs externes augmentent la contrainte intégrée, en plus des contraints résiduelles développées au cours du traitement (lors de la fabrication), comme le laminage, etc. La défaillance mécanique des matériaux est liée à la contrainte ou à la déformation mécanique. Une contrainte mécanique élevée peut provoquer des fissures dans les cellules solaires ou des défaillances d’interconnexion.
